Booking conditions for all activities with RiverNorth AS

Your activity will be confirmed upon payment. If the activity is not payed at the same time as it is reserved, the booking can not be confirmed.

Cancellations

  • Individual bookings:
    You may change the number of participants within 24 hours after the booking has been completed. After 24 hours, you will be charged for the original number of places purchased.

    Group bookings:
    You may change the number of participants within 48 hours after the booking has been confirmed. After 48 hours, you will be invoiced for the original number of participants booked.

NO-SHOW will be charged 100 %. If you are not able to use your booking you should contact your travel insurance.
